Media Buyer – Firenze

Contratto: Full-time o Stage (in base all'esperienza)

 Sede: Firenze (inizialmente in presenza, con possibilità di smart working successivo)

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di gestire e ottimizzare campagne pubblicitarie online sulle piattaforme Google Ads e Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Sarà responsabile del monitoraggio delle performance, dell’analisi dei dati e della produzione di report approfonditi sulle campagne. L’obiettivo principale del ruolo è ottimizzare le strategie pubblicitarie per garantire il raggiungimento e il superamento dei KPI prefissati, migliorando costantemente i risultati.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di Google Ads e Meta Ads per la gestione di campagne pubblicitarie online.
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi dei dati e di reportistica (es. Looker Studio, Google Sheets, pacchetto Office ); è preferibile la familiarità anche con SQL.
  • Esperienza pregressa in agenzia o in contesti digitali (costituisce un plus).

Competenze

  • Spiccate capacità analitiche e orientamento ai dati.
  • Autonomia nella gestione dei budget pubblicitari e nell’ottimizzazione delle campagne.
  • Orientamento ai risultati e attenzione costante ai KPI delle campagne.

Internship - Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist (2025) - Instal srl

Description

Instal is looking for a numbers-geek, ambitious and results oriented Data  Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist to join the Florence team. You’ll work within our Advertising Unit – which covers 3rd party and programmatic platform planning & buying. You will support the Associate Director Advertising Unit with data driven media buying strategies and execution on both existing client work and new business, and developing strong relationships across the team, the wider business and externally.

Fresh graduates from math, stats, information science, computer science and engineering are welcome to apply. 

Instal is a mobile Adtech platform focused on Apps and Games. With its proprietary and certified technology Instal is able to provide a full suite of services and products to support its clients to maximize the user acquisition and monetization goals. With Headquarter in Italy Instal has offices in Florence (HQ) and Milan. 

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • Management and monitoring of advertising campaigns and platforms (Demand side platform, Google Ads, Meta Ads);
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for solving complex challenges (Degree in Math, Stats, Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science);
  • A good knowledge of data analysis;
  • Autonomous, proactive and curious; 
  • SQL knowledge is a plus;
  • Background or interest in advertising is a plus;
  • Experience with big data technologies is a plus;

Your Tasks

  • Reporting activities;
  • Optimize the ROI of the campaigns reducing the acquisition cost;
  • KPI analysis and reporting;
  • Scout and test new traffic sources, DSP and RTB Platform;
