Traffic Audit Analyst

We are looking for a Traffic Audit Analyst who will be responsible for actively analyze mobile traffic in order to identify, detect and prevent ad frauds.

Instal is a worldwide Mobile marketing performance-based platform focused on apps and games. Founded in 2014, our staff team is currently made up of 30 people but we are continuously growing and expanding globally. Our offices are located in Berlin, Beijing, Milan and NY while our headquarter is in Florence, which is where you will be based.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing data to examine mobile traffic and identifying suspicious traffic sources.
  • Identifying, detecting and preventing mobile ad frauds.
  • Understanding and being able to use anti-fraud platforms, both proprietary or third party ones.
  • Working with the AM team to recognize sharp practices relating to campaigns running on Instal platform.
  • Combining data analysis and client feedback to execute and optimize advertising campaigns based on client objectives.
  • Working with Data Science team to gather trends and campaign specific insights to improve performance for campaigns and technology platform.
  • Providing and monitoring reporting on a frequent basis to ensure optimal delivery and performance of campaigns.

Sales Manager

Instal is looking for Sales Manager with 1-3 year experience to be included in the Sales department to support the Senior Sales Manager, to manage the day by day activities and expand the actual portfolio with new prospects. 

Instal is a mobile Adtech platform focused on Apps and Games. With its proprietary and certified technology Instal is able to provide a full suite of services and products to support its clients to maximize the user acquisition and monetization goals. With Headquarter in Italy Instal has offices in Florence (HQ), Milan, New York, Berlin and Beijing. 

Required skills and expertise:

  • Marked passion for technology;
  • Strong focus on result’s achievement;

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business;
  • Develop a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects;
  • Develop and maintain strong agency and advertiser relationships;
  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals in a professional and creative manner;
  • Understand a prospect’s business needs and develop a tailored digital marketing proposal using all new and relevant Instal products and solutions, drawing on expert internal resource as required;
  • Work closely with the Sales Senior Manager to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sectors;
  • Work closely with the accounts, operations, and implementation teams to demonstrate Instal expertise at new business pitches;
  • Maintain accurate records of your activities in Instal CRMs and Platforms;
  • Maintain a daily communication with the actual clients;
  • Constantly monitor and improve clients satisfaction as it relates to successful campaign management;
  • Find new clients and agencies to affiliate to the platform, contact them and negotiate terms and conditions of the partnership;
  • Reporting activities and KPI Analysis;
  • Insertion Orders and Contracts analysis and negotiation;
  • POC between the clients and the internal technical team to solve technical issues;
  • Internal and external training activities related to in-house or 3rd party solutions.
