Account Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Account Manager (preferred with mobile experience) in the Sales & Marketing department to support the area manager to manage the day by day activities and expand the actual portfolio with new clients. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations related to the campaigns
  • Maintain a daily communication with the actual clients
  • Constantly monitor and improve clients satisfaction as it relates to successful campaign management.
  • Find new clients to affiliate to the platform, contact them and negotiate terms and conditions of the partnership
  • Payment and invoicing process management
  • Reporting activities and KPI Analysis
  • Insertion Orders and Contracts analysis and negotiation
  • POC between the clients and the internal technical team to solve technical issues
  • Internal and external training activities related to in-house or 3rd party solutions
  • Strong focus on result’s achievement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE :

  • EXCELLENT knowledge of English (a plus if native speaker)
  • Marked passion for technology
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the language associated with online advertising and new technologies
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with numbers and KPI analysis
  • Strong motivation and entrepreneurial behaviour.

Berlin Account Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Berlin Account Manager (with mobile experience) to be part of Sales & Marketing department. The Account Manager main responsibilities will include

  • Support to start the operations in the German market.
  • Be the point of contact with the Italian Team and manage a daily communication.
  • Manage existing and build new partnerships with Mobile Advertisers, Mobile Publishers and media partners.
  • Monitor and analyze the results of different campaigns and manage the accounts accordingly.
  • POC between the clients and the internal technical team to solve technical issues.
  • Create status reports, performance analysis and forecasts.
  • Meet KPI goals and support the team in other related areas if required.
  • Participate to events, workshop, fairs, etc. representing the company.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Existing know-how and previous work experience within the field of mobile marketing.
  • Ambition to startup the company’s activities and to expand the relationships network in the European market.
  • Want to grow in the role as an account manager over a longer time-frame.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and a good sense of business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.

Mobile Media Buyer

Instal is looking for a Mobile Media Buyer to join the Florence team. You’ll work within our Trading Desk unit – which covers 3rd party and programmatic platform planning & buying. You will support the Associate Director Trading Desk with media buying strategy and execution on both existing client work and new business, and developing strong relationships across the team, the wider business and externally.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

  • At least one year of experience in similar position;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (a plus is native speaker);
  • Manage traffic acquisition through 3rd party demand platform to increase the delivery of instal's campaigns;
  • Upload, Monitor and Optimize acquisition campaigns;
  • Optimize the ROI of the campaigns reducing the acquisition cost;
  • Buy traffic through CPM/CPC or CPV Model and convert them into CPI model;
  • Manage Keywords, Targeting Options, Display's Ads, Bids, Whitelist and Blacklist to increase the performances of the campaigns;
  • Scout and test new traffic sources, DSP and RTB Platform;
  • Reporting activities.
